Jerry Koller was born in Minneapolis MN, raised in Southern California and moved to Las Vegas in 1969. Jerry's daughter, Tammy Dilin, & family live in Reno NV. Bonnie [Barlow] is a native of Las Vegas and the rest of the family still lives there. Bonnie has two grown daughters, Sidney Teich and Barbara Bryan. Sidney has a daughter Lindsey born in 1993, Barbara has three children, Douglas born in 1989, Harmoni born in 1998 and Faith born in 2001.

In 1979 we sold our home in Las Vegas and moved to Duck Creek permanently. We had a 6th grader that had to be driven 50 miles a day to and from the Alton junction to get the school bus. Sure was glad when she turned 16. Now the school bus is housed right here in Duck Creek.

Jerry & I started selling real estate in the Duck Creek area [Color Country] in 1979. This gave us the opportunity to live in the most beautiful place on earth. We formed a partnership with Mike Kenner in 1993 and opened DUCK CREEK REALTY. That was one of the best moves we ever made.
